Concept development

Moodboard

Concept development is the most important stage which determines the main drive for further movement.

Moodboard helps to most accurately imagine what the future space will look like, its appearance and general atmosphere.

Once the concept is approved by the customer, the next important stage begins.

Planning of the layout and zones of the park is associated with many factors and regulations that we comply with, making the park interesting and safe.

At this stage, any mistake made can be fatal.

Selection of furniture and materials is the most important stage from which comfort and atmosphere depend. It's important that all materials have high performance features!

The main rule that we follow when designing and developing interiors of our spaces is the following: "Everything that is used in the project does not burn, it's easy to clean, replace, and move".

P.S.
When my son was born (you can see him in the photo next to me), we shifted our focus to developing and opening the "right" spaces for kids.

Family restaurant and activity park "TeikaBoom".
"TeikaBoom", one of our key partners, together with them, we have already created more than one activity park with a restaurant and areas for children's parties and master classes. We implemented this project in Moscow in the Salyaris shopping center.

Kids' entertainment center Soyuzmultfilm
"Soyuzmultfilm" is a franchise of children's entertainment centers. The name itself suggests that this project is understandable and adapted to the Russian market. Creating a space for children, in this version, we found many interesting combinations of activity zones, with recreation areas, and family cafes, in one space, which we implemented "turnkey".

Kids entertainment center Iksiki 200 sq.m
"Fixiki" is a vivid example of how a conceptually interesting space can be invested in a small room of only 200 m2, which will be the center of attraction for children. Proper zoning and design, combined with a bright concept, is the moment we are painstakingly working on so that every m2 of your memory is useful.

Kids entertainment center Iksiki 600 sq.m
The second project of the network of children's entertainment centers "Mexico", if the first project was limited to 200 m2, then this project is already 600m2, which radically changes the concept of the final version. The main point that was laid in the foundation, each new center, is a new concept and design.

In order to expand the pool of its customers, the restaurant "We Chara" gave part of the room for a small children's area, the design and concept of which we brought to life.

Family restaurant "TeikaBoom" Moscow, Crocus City Mall, total area: 2700 m2 . As we have already written to TeikaBoom, one of our key partners. with whom in two years we have opened 4 family restaurants with activity parks.

Baby parking - chain of kids playing zones TurboMama
A modern mother lives in a frenzied rhythm, and it is important for her to take a break among this running around so that the child is busy with business, and she could take a break from all the fuss. And for this it took 68 m2 in total to give the moms a breath of fresh air.

Modern business does not fit into the direct framework of its name, because in many ways under the word "bakeries", most would understand only the direct purpose of this name. But, it is the new visions of the standard concept that helps to create conceptual spaces where a bakery, a cafe and a children's area fit under one roof.
