Private kindergarten "Culture of childhood" in a residential complex in Moscow
Our task was to radically update the interior
of a private kindergarten without changing the layout. And at the same time, it will meet the tight deadlines of the summer period, so as not to disrupt the visitors' routine. In kindergarten, children spend
a significant part of their time: playing, doing creative work, eating and sleeping.

On a relatively small area, it was necessary to equip a space for active games for kids and provide for the possibility of transformable zones for daytime sleep.

A feature of the existing room was the presence of a mezzanine, which
was practically not used and was a storage warehouse.
Having made the structure safe and attractive for kids, we
turned the mezzanine into a play area, where game
modules and constructors were placed on the first tier. The second tier turned into a house-laboratory for creativity.

Preschool kids are very sensitive to the environment,
so the space surrounding them should be comfortable and evoke
bright and kind feelings. When designing the space, we tried
use calm and light shades, leaving children the opportunity for
free creativity and imagination. That is why the drawings and patterns
that we used in the design and corporate identity are unobtrusive and
abstract.
